  45. Recourse (noun) – option, possibility, alternative, source of assistance, hope.
  46. Lever (noun) – a way of putting pressure on someone into doing something.
  47. Neighbour (noun) – a country that is next to another country; (bordering) country.
  48. Drastically (adverb) – substantially, seriously, desperately.
  49. Uptick (noun) – a small increase or upward trend.
  50. Multilateral (adjective) – involving many different countries (in which all WTO member countries are party to the agreement).
  51. Embark on (phrasal verb) – start, begin, commence, enter on.
